What is MawaEdi?

How do I search for an appointment?
Three ways: by specialization, by insurance, or by location. Pick the one you know and tap Book Now.
Can I ask the hospital to call me instead?
Yes. When you start a booking you choose between “I want to send a request” and “I want the hospital to call me”. Either way the request is logged and tracked.
Do I have to choose a doctor?
No — it is optional. Step 2 of the booking lets you search for a doctor by name if you know who you want to see; otherwise you can leave it.
What will my clinic see on the dashboard?
All Requests, tracked as New, Assigned, Late, Canceled or Confirmed — and All Reservations, tracked as Scheduled, Done or Canceled. Each request carries its request number, the date requested, the clinic and the patient name.
Where does the app get published?
Our development team deploys your app with your logo directly to Google Play and the App Store, under your clinic's own name.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a one-month free trial, alongside lifelong maintenance support and cloud storage support. Full package details and pricing are shared on request.
Can we cancel?
